The purpose of this Contract is to outline the terms and conditions under which the
Organizer may conduct a rehearsal at the Homeowner's property.

• The Organizer agrees to pay the Homeowner a fee of

for the use of the property during the rehearsal. The Organizer agrees to pay a deposit
of $300. The deposit will be returned only if the property is returned in
its original condition.

• Payment is due 72 hours before the rehearsal date.

• The Organizer shall ensure that all attendees respect the property and maintain a responsible and appropriate demeanor.

• There will be no Dogs permitted, Drug usage, Smoking, or inappropriate behavior happening at any time on the property.

• The Organizer is responsible for any damage incurred during the rehearsal and agrees to cover repairs at their own expense if they exceed the deposit.

• The Organizer must clean the premises after the rehearsal and remove all personal items.

• The Homeowner agrees to provide access to the property on the specified date and time.

• The Homeowner reserves the right to terminate the rehearsal if any unlawful or inappropriate behavior occurs.

• Either party may cancel this Contract with written notice at least 48 hours before the scheduled date.

• In the event of cancellation by the Organizer after the specified notice period, any fees paid may be non-refundable.

• The Organizer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Homeowner from any claims, liabilities, or damages arising from the rehearsal.

• If any of the rules of this contract are broken, the deposit is automatically forfeited (the deposit will not be returned.)

This Contract shall be governed by the laws of Florida.

This Contract constitutes the entire agreement between the parties concerning the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings.
